KIDDUSH FUND

Every Shabbat, after services, we gather for a meal sponsored by those who made contributions to our Kiddush Fund in memory or in honor of family and friends. The kiddush is held in the reception room adjacent to our Crespi Garden and features traditional Sephardic bourekas and huevos haminados as well as other treats.

The kiddush provides a meaningful opportunity to join together with members of our Temple family and community to celebrate Shabbat, commemorate lifecycle events, remember loved ones, and celebrate other joyful occasions.

At the beginning of each month we have our "Birthday and Anniversary Shabbat". This provides an opportunity for members and friends of the congregation to attend Sabbath services in commemoration of their upcoming birthday or anniversary. During services, a pizmon (religious poem) is sung, and a prayer is recited while the celebrants rise in their seats to be honored by the congregation. A special kiddush, featuring a variety of cakes, is served after services.

Please contact the Temple office to sponsor a Kiddush.
